Wave Annual Awards Banquet 2018

You are cordially invited to attend Wave Aquatics Team Banquet: An Evening of Celebration!

The Wave Awards Banquet is an annual get together for ALL swimmers, coaches, parents, families, volunteers, and their guests. It is an opportunity for the WHOLE team to celebrate this year’s successes, recognize individual achievements and awards, thank our many volunteers, and honor our graduating seniors.

Program & Dinner – 5:00 - 8:00 PM, dinner first

By The Catering Company includes:

Strawberry and field greens salad, rolls, rosemary and sea salt roasted potatoes, long grain buttered rice, sauteed green bean medley, desserts, beverages, and a choice of:

Spanish Braised Chicken (gluten free),

Smoky Brown Sugar Salmon (gluten free),

Red Wine Braised Beef, or

Lentil and Veggie Cakes (vegan and gluten free)

Chicken Fingers and Jojo Potatoes (6&U)

Cost

Swimmers/Coaches - No charge (covered by Booster Fundraising Funds)

Family & Guests (Age 7+) - $25 charged to Wave account 6/1/18

Guests ages 6 & below and those not eating, please also RSVP.

Raffle

The following items will be available for raffle at the banquet. Tickets are $1 each and can be purchased when doors open at 4:30 PM. You do not need to be present at the banquet to win. If you would like to purchase raffle tickets before the banquet because you will not be attending, please email me (lorraine.wave@hotmail.com).

RSVP

Please RSVP by Monday, May 7th. No refunds are allowed after this date. Charges will be made to your Wave account on June 1st. Please list the name(s) of each attendee separately. If it turns out you cannot attend the banquet after the RSVP deadline, please email lorraine.wave@hotmail.com. We do not guarantee any refunds, but if there are others needing changes, I may be able to match them up.

Please RSVP as soon as you know you can attend. This will help us to make sure we have enough food, tables, and chairs for all guests. If we end up bursting at the seams, we may need to go to reserved table seating by order of incoming RSVPs and then bleacher seating.
